Not Happy with this bank
We have been with this bank a short time. Tried to use them for credit cards. Spoke to person named Mercy. Worst person at any bank I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional. We were turned down by their processor because they say bad credit bad people. An error was made and I proved it but Mercy would not answer phone calls or e-mails nor would she say why we were turned down. There are no blemishes on our credit reports-proven also. Mercy is strictly there for the sale and nothing else. She represents your bank and I am advertising your bank to persons looking for a bank free of charge.
