I have been trying to log in to my on line banking all day and have been unable to do so. It is now at a point where I am seriously considering transferring my funds to another bank. It is inconceivable to me that no one is able to fix this problem and I have not been able to get an answer as to why this is happening. Does no one know what is going on?
Bryn Mawr Trust wanted to charge me $5 to cash a check drawn on their bank because I did not have a checking account there, only a CD. They are a complete rip-off, not honoring their own checks except if you accept a discount. I would never do any further business with them. I've heard other complaints from other customers.
