I totally agree with the other review. This is not the same bank, they treat everyone different now and they do not care if they help you or not. I changed banks due to the change and a lot of employees have left also. I would advise anyone to stay away from this bank!!
southern heritage bank used to be a very good bank, however, since it was bought by first citizens it has become the worst bank I have ever had the miss pleasure of doing business with. I have found them to be incompetent and they have proven to me that they do not care about their customers. I am in the process of changing banks and will be very happy when I no longer have anything to do with them. I am giving them one star only because there is no place for no star.
