Great, efficient location -- very friendly!
Terrible No one returns calls Have been trying to get information for 3 weeks. I have been a member for over 15years and now am considering changing banks. This may be impossible since no one returns calls and going to my local office is a farce.
This company does a lousy job of answering the phone. No way to contact a local branch. All calls routed through a call center, shitty way to do business especially when my branch is 100 miles away from the main center in Charleston, sc
