Was out looking for a new bank since i fired my last one. Upon arriving was greated with friendly smiles and hellos. Rachel was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She help me set up multiple accounts and made sure i got the best that was offered.

PA (passive aggressive) and incompetent staff. They made a mistake in the amount of my check when I closed out the account. It was a good thing that I wrote down what SHOULD be my account balance. They didn't even apologize for the mistake and said this would be caught later in an audit. What a lame excuse! Never banking there ever again!
