" The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bonds:

1. Lamb-Weston, Inc. who work in Weston, Oregon and/or are paid from Kennewick, Washington;
2. Employees of Smith Frozen Foods,Inc., (which has a contractual working relationship with Lamb-Weston, Inc.) and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, who are paid from Weston, Oregon;
3. Employees of Treetop (formerly Watermill Foods, Inc.) located in Milton-Freewater;
4. Employees of the following companies who work in Milton-Freewater,Oregon:
Shockmans, Inc.
Sykes Enterprises, Inc.
W.J. Shockman & Son
5. Employees of the following companies who work in Weston, Oregon:
City of Weston, Oregon
6. Employees of Gary Hereford Tree Service who work in Pendleton, Oregon;
Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union;employees of this credit union; persons retiered as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families or household; and organizations of such persons."
