We have never liked this bank since RCB took over we have had an account there for over 30 years but seriously thinking about moving it to another bank. 1/2 star

I had a customer that has wrote me a NSF check and RCB cannot let me know if it will clear as of today. I will never accept another check from a customer using RCB.
