These jokers like to move debits to get more fees out of you. They are behind the times with their ATMs too. They like to use the terms DC for direct charge and PA for prior Authorization. They move debits and change them to gain fees. Same can thing M&T bank got nailed for. We won that class action lawsuit. I smell one coming for these crooks too. No more free checking unless you're over 55. This is a Trump loving bank. Avoid at all costs. Don't say you weren't warned. Bad business here folks. Oh and they tell you don't use the online banking to check your balance. They tell people to use a paper register to keep track of your money. WTF is this 1980 ? Like I said behind the times. Visions ATM's will even give change. Tioga bank only allows $20 increments. You suck Tioga state Trump lovers. Cheaters
