I went there to get a mortgage and spoke with Leslie. He was very nice but said that he really wasn't a mortgage guy and to come back during the week to speak to someone who could help with that. I did and met with another person who said that she too wasn't familiar with mortgages. It was then explained to me that all mortgages had to be done on line. I filled out quite a bit of paper work and was in the process when I was THEN informed that Picatinny doesn't do mortgages on rental properties. I lot of time and hassle could have been avoided had I been told this at the outset. I will say that everyone involved was very pleasant.
