Membership in this credit union is limited to those having the following common bond: civilian and military personnel of the United States Government who work at, or who are administratively attached to, the Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota; recruiters of the Armed Services who are stationed in Minot, North Dakota; civilian employees of the Base Exchange, the NCO Club, Officers' Club, Airmen's Club, Non-appropriated Welfare Fund, and Base Housing who work at Minot Air Force Base; contractors and employees of contractors who work regularly at the above military installation under contract with the United States Government.
Also eligible for membership are persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employement; members of the armed forces of the United States Government, active or retired, who are eligible by law or regulation to receive and are receiving benefits or services fromt he above military installation; persons who live within a 50-mile radius of Velva, North Dakota and Willow City, North Dakota; and within the state of North Dakota; members of their immediate families and organizations of such persons.
