My first time with this bank, there is no after hour number for things like well I can't access my bank card because it's saying I have a invalid pin. I've got online looking for help and I'm still stuck not being able to use my card probably until after the first of the year. I've been at bb&t since I was 18 and thought I needed a change well all the other Banks have 24 hour service for what ever reason you need them so yea I really because of that alone y'all don't deserve a star period.
