The field of membership in this credit union is limited to those persons and groups having a common bond of association, occupation, interest or residence as follows:
a. Employees of:
1. CV Industries, Inc and its subsidiaries, 2. Century Employees Savings Fund CU, and
b. Members of their immediate families.
Members of the immediate family include the following secondary members: spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent,grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. For the purposes of this definition, immediate family member includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings, and adoptive relationships.

Memberships may not be extended to a third party or persons such as the children and other relatives of the secondary members admitted under the "immediate family" clause provided this provision shall not be deemed to affect the membership of any person who is a member of the credit union prior to the effective date of this bylaw provision.
