When I opened my account, the young lady who took care of it was so gracious and kind, that I enjoyed the conversation and booklets she gave. She is perfect for this position as they make the customer feel important. The two tellers could take lessons from her as they were not very hospitable when I told them I wanted to open an account.
Also, I would like to know if I can check my balances online and how to do so.
