Hi all,

Firstly, I like to wish you a happy thanksgiving. Secondly, I need to let you know that if you were thinking to upgrade your phone system to be more friendly to the customers , it did not work. I can not tell you how much more difficult it has become to work with this new system. And I hear it from many of my friends the same thing. Please change it to the original system that you had.
