Membership Eligibility

A.Persons who live, work, worship or attend school in the cities of Allen Park; Belleville; Beverly Hills; Bingham Farms; Brownstown Township; Canton Township; Dearborn; Dearborn Heights; Ecorse; Farmington; Farmington Hills; Flat Rock; Franklin; Garden City; Huron Township; Inkster; Lathrup Village; Lincoln Park; Livonia; Lyon Township; Melvindale; Milan; Morrville; New Boston; New Hudson; Northville; Northville Township; Novi; Plymouth; Plymouth Township; Redford; River Rouge; Riverview; Romulus; Saline; South Lyon; Southfield; Southgate; Sumpter Township; Taylor; Trenton; Van Buren Township; Wayne; Westland; Willis; Wixom; Woodhaven; Wyandotte; and Yspilanti, Michigan and the school districts of Willow Run; Ypsilanti; Lincoln; Milan; and Saline, Michigan.

B. Members of record as of the date of addition of the geographic field of membership.

C.Employees and pensioners of the following Ford Motor Company plants:

1.Livonia Transmission Plant, Livonia
2.Sheldon Road Ford Plant, Plymouth
3.Wayne Assembly Plant, Wayne
4.Michigan Truck Plant, Wayne

D.Employees or members of employer groups or other organized groups which are located within 25 miles of the credit union's main office or a branch office, which office locations are authorized as:

1.36525 Plymouth Road, Livonia, Michigan
2.1747 South Newburgh Road, Westland, Michigan

Each group must provide a written request for service to the credit union. The Commissioner may permanently or temporarily revoke the power to add groups under this provision at the Commissioner's discretion.

E.Members of record of the Wayne Auto Assembly Federal Credit Union at time of merger under section 4(s) of the Michigan Credit Union Act.

F.Any person over the age of 55 who receives a retirement annuity, pension, social security, or similar retirement payment from private or government sources, and lives in, or belongs to a retirement organization located in the county, or in a county contiguous to the county where the credit union's main office is located.
