I've had a Savings Account with BSB for years but I don't think for much longer.
My lawyer is making out and submitting an application to Maine Care for my wife. He needs copies of my/our Bank Statements from 2013 to present. I only get one every 3 months. But when I called yesterday, I was told I had to sign an Account Verification Form. My local bank, not BSB, gave me copies of statements for 5 years, without question. I got the copies the same day. This issue with BSB is a problem. I told the gal at BSB in Bangor, I'd have my Lawyer call them. Very dis-satisfied with BSB. They're holding up some very important paperwork on my side.
