Terrerible service my commercial account was never credited on time. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
I can understand the poor reviews since Commerce went with Berkshire Bank , I attempted to use the phone system several times to transfer some money and was unable, I was sent to a person to speak with and immediately informed that I would be charged a five dollar service fee even though I did not ask to speak to someone. Disappoint In the system and said that Commerce Bank isn’t what it used to be. I live in Florida now and was trying to keep my banking there. I don’t think I will. One star is too much for this bank.
It would be nice if I could call the bank and talk to a human being if I didn't get put on hold for over 20 minutes and have to hang up because I don't have time to make the phone call during break you guys need to figure something out I don't even know what I have in my account I can't do online banking I can't do telephone banking I tried to go there yesterday the line was out to the street and Webster absolutely ridiculous how do I get in touch with you not everybody works Bankers hours and gets to go there whenever they want during the day that was the beauty of having hours 7 to 7 what are the hours now I ask
