Very rude
Asked for change for 10.00 and was refused.
I will find another bank to take my accounts and business to.

Reaaly bad experience, customer service is not helpfull not only they dont send me statements but they cant even assist me to enroll online. we just dont send statement the agent said and if you want to know you balance well register online no I can't help you not even walk you thru it. Rude rude rude rude agent in customer service. I guess they dont want me to see my balance tol pay them off AND GET MORE INTERST FROM ME!!!!! I also ask can i pay over the phone you need to mail it ok wht is my payoff you need to log in and check for yourself the agent said rude rude rude again.
