Why is it hard getting in touch with a manager in the Pasadena Branch? Why is it one phone number for all the branches? I'm calling the L A branch and getting the same lady, transferring me to an answering service. I don't want to call anymore and getting the same results, I need to speak to a live person, not the ladies in the L A branch. Please provide me another number for the Pasadena branch.
Thank you
