I am writing to bring your interest to one of your well-deserved employees, Danielle, at your Dixon branch on North Galena. I wanted to take out a cash advance on one of my credit cards; my bank said they do not provide this service so I went to your Dixon branch and this nice young lady, Danielle, went out of her way to provide that service to me. She is very customer oriented and friendly and when we attempted the transaction, I found I needed a pin number with the card which I did not know so the transaction cancelled itself out. She went above and beyond, taking it upon herself to call the card holder for me and everything ended up getting resolved over the phone and I got my cash advance! You have great people working for you and I say give Danielle a raise!
