being a senior I came to your bank to take care of business. I had a broken ankle and I have screws and metal so I can walk .,and I asked( Joanna) to take my withdrawal slip to tellers cage since I have problem walking and she told me she could not do it.I don't know if she don t like her job or over worked.unhappy senior citizen ( age 85), and I walk with a cane
