I feel so lucky being part of such a wonderful credit union, Twin Falls is my local branch, the whole team makes me feel like part of the family, I was greeted at the door with a warm and friendly smile and felt like the whole branch was there just to help me meet my needs, I love Westmark!
I'm not happy about the change in hours of operation. Most people are at work until 5 or 6, leaving no time to get any banking done. Wells Fargo has branches open till 7. They now have my business.
I love being a member here. service is second to none and they truly care versus those big banks.
