When I went online to check our balance it no longer accepted our ID/Password and we were directed to Bangor Savings web site. We registered for a new access account and were denied. I guess we just need to close out our accounts and find another bank. Also waiting several minutes for a real person to answer is not good customer support. I want the old Colebrook/Granite Bank back.
