The last time I was at this branch, I had a very unpleasant experience, to the point of wanting to close my account. I have moved most of my money to another Credit Union, my opinion, Midsouth really need to take a serious look at their staff, starting with the branch manager, and maybe give them some real training on how to treat customers. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
