I have tried several times to get my gift card activated, but nothing works. I have called the phone number on the back of the card, but I cannot get the card to work. Please help. I need to use these cards. The card numbers are. 4367311490066123 and4367311490066170. Both cards are active until 10/18. If I don't get a response soon, I will be forced to take legal action. When I received these cards, I was told that they both have $100.00 on them. I took them to my bank as I was told to do by your customer service several months ago. They informed me that they could not contact you to obtain a balance.
