I received a call from someone at the Credit Union and said I could call back at anytime to have someone help me set up my online account. I have tried call ext. 199 to a Danielle Ferguson but no answer and I have left numerous messages but to no avail has she or anyone call me back. I have been a member of this First American Credit Union for many years with the Tse Bonito, NM office. I feel like I am not getting adequate customer service and will think of closing my account soon if I am not assisted with my issues. I have been home at my home computer waiting for a call back. I am disappointed with services from the First American Credit Union, Casa Grande office.
