The staff at the Fountain Branch location are very friendly and personable. Theyou make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door, until you leave. The only complaint I have is with the safe deposit box area. I feel uncomfortable with a Teller standing in there the entire time with the customer. No other bank to my knowledge does this. I feel rushed to get into my box and get done what I went in there for, because I realize there are customers inside and outside the bank waiting at times for a Teller. Maybe it is just me, but I doubt that. Other than that, I have always had a positive banking experience.
