I went to the Hover Elevations Credit Union to get a direct deposit form for my daughter's payroll on Saturday 5/20/17. I spoke to the young lady at the front reception desk and was told since I was not on her account, I could not get the form. I asked for a blank form and was told I could not have one. When asked why, I was told I would not be able to fill it out properly and that she would have to complete the form, but since I was not on my daughter's account, she would not fill out the form. I told her I could fill out the form properly because I worked at a bank, so it was not a problem getting it filled in correctly. She still denied me the form. This was frustrating especially making a special trip down there. I did some research on your website and was able to find the form with instructions, and help my daughter out. It was pretty humiliating to think that the Elevations rep thought I was incapable of filling out a blank form even after having banking experience.

I got the account number for my account but they didn't tell me it was for the bank use. So now it is screwed up on my tax return. Can they put a note on it since it will be there Monday. Thanks James Potter
