How long is the service life of this product?
I had an account at the San Francisco Branch at 16th & Geary Sts. I happened to pass this branch a few days ago and saw that it was vacated. Upon calling the S.F. telephone number, I was told that my account was transferred to the Fresno Branch. As of this date, I was never notified. Was told that notices were sent out in February. My CD matures in July 2017. How can I transfer this account to a bank in my neighborhood in San Francisco. I am a senior citizen and unable to travel to Fresno.
Would appreciate a response. Very upset that I was never notified.
