How about Branch phone #s It is insane. How do we pay what we owe? When nobody ever answers and that 1#. For all branches in Ar. is just dang crazy.

AFCU Must have been taking lessons from AR BC&BS on how to be completely & totally inaccessible by phone , none of the branch office #s work , tried reaching J'ville office & listened to "garbled" music till I almost "erped". Finally gave up. Trying to reach AFCU by phone ranks real high on frustration list!

I HAVE TRAIED TO CALL SINCE 8/19 TO MAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE BUT YOU NEVE ANSWER I HAVE SAT WAITING FOR AN HOUR ON HOLD YOU HAVE ONE PHONE NUMER FOR ALL YOUR BRANCHES 1 501982 1000 NOW MY CAR PAYMENT IS LATE THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!!! PLEASE EMAIL WITH A NUMBER THAT IS GOOD !!!
