Trying to get into my acct. What am I doing wrong?
Tried to stop payment on a 6 month old check at branch on Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA. This is my first stop payment ever. Even though I have multiple accounts I was going to be charged $35.
I should mention in all the years I have used this branch they have been more than helpful. What happened? Rated bank with one star for past experiences. Zero for the stop payment policy.

Missing money after depositing checks and cash into their ATM. Deposited Saturday, waited to see transactions Monday (they're still "pending"), by Tuesday all money is gone, none deposited. Just took off pending transactions is all.
Would give zero if could for robbing money.
