This is the Absolute Worst bank I have E-V-E-R !! dealt with. They charge you for things that are not your fault and when you ask to speak to management they are no help at all. The Branch in Edgewater is the worst. they have no people skills at all.
Wanted to close my account and no one would help me. Told they were are too busy.
You would believe that the manager would have asked me to have a seat in the office for a few minutes and that she would finish in the vault and be glad to assist shortly!
