Prior to their recent system upgrade everything was easy and worked fine. After the upgrade (a piece of shit) what used to not take much thought now takes a lot of thought. The worst part is bill pay. Payments were issued and the money was not taken out of my account until they were cashed. Under the new system the money is taken out of my account when bill pay issues the check. Example: $1000.00 payment due the 15th of the month but check issued the 7th of the month. The credit union gets interest free use of my $1000.00 for ten days. I think I will either start writing checks again, or I will start my banking somewhere else.

I deposit a check into my account, it was an insurance check for 2700. They said in 3 days I can get my money, I went there today and they said i can't get it, I contacted the insurance company and they said it was cash and cleared but your bank won't give me my money, I only wanted 500. Can u help. Account number is 105387. Please help me only want 500. Darlene

Had accounts with St. Paul's for nearly 30 years. The new way of doing business is suspect. There are many decent FCUs and banks out there. Give them your business instead.

A poor replacement for the old St. Paul's Credit union. Higher rates across and an unresponsive branch manager.
