This was my second time to use the new system for drive up service. I still really like the old way but I am trying to adjust to the new way. I will learn to accept it!
I still wish we could get $50.00 and $10.00 bills.
The teller was very pleasant.
As a 75 year old it is not easy to adjust to the new modern ways.

Today was my first time to go to the bank since it was remodeled. I am very disappointed in the changes!! Not only do I no longer get to be face to face with a teller, but I have to reach buttons. Then when I said I would like some $50.00s, $20.00, $10.00s and $5.00, I was told the machine only gives $100.00s, $50.00s, and $20.00s. I like to have a variety of bills.
I hate to think that this bank which is just across Saginaw St from where I live and now I have to go to Hill Rd . Hopefully that branch is still serving its customers.
