WHEN ESSENTIAL MAKES A MISTAKE TO THE CREDIT BUREAU: INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND TRYING TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT TO FIX THE ISSUE, THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, AFTER THEY TAKE AN EXTRA 7-10 DAYS TO GET A LETTER OUT TO ME, THEN THEY SAID THAT I CAN DISPUTE IT WITH CREDIT BUREAU. AFTER BEING A MEMBER FOR 9 YEARS, ALL THEY CAN DO IS: PASS THE PROBLEM ON.
NO ONE WILL FIX THE ERROR. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS POSTED IN THE GONZALES PAPER, AND IF POSSIBLE TELL TO EVERYONE THAT COMES OUT OF 3 BRANCHES OF ESSENTIAL. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR.
INSURANCE PAID OFF THE TOTAL LOSS OF CAR, AND INS. SHOWS THAT ONE CHECK WAS SENT AND RECEIVED BEFORE THE DEADLINE, AND ESSENTIAL PUT IT AS 2 CHECKS RECEIVED AND PUT IT $4.--PAST DUE FOR 2 MONTHS AND CHARGE INTEREST AND LATE CHARGE-THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT INSTEAD OF PUTTING THE PAYOFF BACK TO THE DATE THEY RECEIVED THE CHECK......THEY ARE INSISTING THAT THEY PUT IT AS: TODAY
THANK GOD WE ALL WERE 3 WAY CALLING AND INSURANCE STATED IN THE BEGINNING: THIS IS A RECORDED LINE !!!!
