I opened a new act. with this bank in Nov. 2016.
The bank Manager was the one assisting me . I stated that I was changing Banks after over 20 years with a mega bank thought that a Credit Union would be better moving forward.
This person proceeded to talk down to me while explaining the Banks procedures and in general seemed like a Total Dick!!!
I asked for checks to be ordered , taking the cost out of my checking act., it was never done so I called the bank and did id myself about 3 weeks later.
A month later I am in the drive through and a disabled person cant get his SUV started after a transaction so I decide to help but this same Mgr. comes out and tells this person he has to push his SUV out of the lane. Mind you there are 5 lanes, it's early, minimal customers and he is clearly disabled.
Long story short, after finding out I was helping, the vehicle stayed there while I took the Customer to get gas. Problem solved.
This Managers demeanor truly needs addressed by his Superiors !
He seems to have a Holier than Thou complex and needs brought down a notch or two.

I'm having trouble with password during the weekend and the are no other way to change the passwork thru the computer. I have to way to next working day to make a transfer or any other transaction. Why the system does'nt work like some thers banks and let you do it thru internet.

I've been with this bank for 19 years. And very disappointed at the way they handled the hurricane. I can 't see how stopping peoples direct deposit was protocol. You should go back and give back all the overdraft fees that people have occurred during this past weekend. Also, in spite of knowing that you stopped peoples checks and stayed closed on Friday... you also stayed closed on Monday for Columbus Day. I personally will be opening an account with another bank. This weekend showed the lack of care you have for your customers.

I was supposed to have my check direct deposited on 10/7/2016 and it never went thru. Now the bank is closed until Tuesday...... Very frustrating

Same here, direct deposit never posted on 10/7/16 and had mortgage automatically deducted for that day like i do every month, the mortgage company got paid but I feel like it's gonna bounce and cause problems now?????

My paycheck never went in on 10/7/2016. Just because there was bad weather shouldn't stop my money from going in direct deposit..now my rent check bounced. This isn't fair..

I have never had a issue with McCoy but I was supposed to be payed 10/7/2016. I know hurricane Matthew was coming but I asked the other people I work with that bank other places and they got payed. Now that the credit union is closed for a supposed holiday on Monday am I not getting payed till Tuesday. I have bills to pay and I am supposed to get payed at least on Monday. This is not right. I need to pay my bills. Maybe time to look some where else

Every time I call the Oviedo,Florida location I can never get into contact with a teller!
