This is the biggest joke of a financial institution I have ever witnessed in my career keeping in mind I work for a multi BILLION DOLLAR financial institution myself. I do not recall ever having a good outcome with an error on their part. I would not recommend them to anyone. Get out now before you get reamed like the rest! If you do stay good luck with the horrible customer service.
