Really disappointed & frustrated by the closing of the south branch on Lebanon road so far in advance of the Donelson Pike branch opening. It's really unconvenient

Don't listen to Lisa, she has absolutely no idea what she is saying. When I enter Old Hickory Credit Union, I am greeted by warm smiles and warm hearts. I began doing business with OHCU when I saw one of those wonderful commercials. Since that moment, I have never looked back. Also there is a phone at the branch, I called there just to talk about my problems and my girlfriend, Jen.
