terrible, crooked, stole my tax refund!
Been trying to call bank for several hours today and haven't gotten through just wondering if everything ok.
My experience has been terrible. They have middle manned my in one tax refund and refuse to send it to the IRS so I may get it.. I put the trace out and jumped through there hoops and now 3 months later I still don't have my money... These guys should be ashamed I'll never use them again and I'll let everyone I know not to use them as well.... Thanks for the headache civista
Customer service at this bank is terrible. I was a victim of debit card fraud and they couldn't have cared less. It was like pulling teeth to get answers on how to proceed with getting my money refunded and they treated me as if I were an annoyance rather than a customer who entrusts my money to them.
