This place totally sucks! Can not even answer their phone lines! Unacceptable!!

I was hoping for a good experience with this Credit Union, but when my credit card bill arrived it had a minimum payment $80.00 higher than the previous credit union they took over. Nice first impression.
They seem totally unwilling to work with your higher balance and transferred my to someone who recommended the CCC Counseling service. They lost my first payment during the takeover and found it when I called to complain.

My first statement arrived - it showed no information as to remaining balance or what had been paid on interest. Apparently this is only given to members quarterly. If a problem occurs, you might not find it for four months. It was very difficult to get through to someone on phone line. She walked me through signing up online - password had to be sent to email set up with previous credit union. I got home and the password had not come through. Very frustrating not to be able to see one's money history. I will drive to an office Monday so I can talk to someone face to face and hopefully get history on my account.
