no one answers the phone for over 20 minutes!! Hire more staff!!!
They never answers the phone
Terrible service: no one answers the phone, ever. The chat line is never functional. No one responds to emails. The lines in the branch take forever. So frustrating to have to work with them.
Hate that you can reach your local branch by phone!!! I have had to drive there to get answers as no on picks up at the corporate level!
We have a probably won't charge on our account for 7999 and was not supposed to have been taken out we called and stop that and we close the debit card that it was that it came through and it still went through today I've been trying to contact the local office in Dewitt Michigan which is open from 9 to 5 p.m. and they said I can't get through please contact me at 616-634 9380
