I have to amend my previous feedback. I just went to the Sharonville location.
The teller (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very helpful and reset my acct.
What have you done? How can you change / update systems and not be prepared?
You owe your customer an explanation/apology at the very least.
I've been trying the same as the others. No way to get into contact.
I'm pulling my money out and going to another bank.
I have been trying to get into my accounts for a week now. I drove over there and the parking lot was full so I decided to go home and call. Nobody answers the phone. I called again today. I was put on hold and then I was hung up on. I called again and left a message. No call back yet.
You would think that changing their system would alert them to have help available for everyone whose accounts gets screwed up!
Since you have upgraded to a new system I go to shared in Milford so they reset my account and wrote down what I would have to do and had to download the app. So I did everything that I was suppose to do then comes the security questions which is fine. I pick three cause that is the norm but here I have to pick more questions what I have to and we everyone of them, so I go to the next question and then kicks me off so now I can't get on there. I am very aggravated. Try to call and all the phone does is ring and ring then operated gets on there says they r busy with calls but i.e. call will b answered in the order the call comes then freaking hangs up that's happened twice now I am not happy. And all I need is for sharefax to reset my account so I can get on there and put new password and answer those ridiculous questions. I can't even pick three I have to pick 6 or 7 of them that's what is rediculous
Very poor you think you are having trouble with your new service you put something out there. Try to call for 2 days can't get on line try everything so I guess I will have to go to the office You really need to put something out there some of us are old can't get around that good must pay bills,
Have been trying since 9am to speak to anyone the on line banking is down very upset over all this !!
There is no online banking available after the shut-down over July 4th week-end. After sitting on hold, or redialing - for over 40 minutes - I have still not reached a live person. The phone system hangs up. This certainly does not build confidence in clientele.
Have been trying to reach someone for 30 minutes. I've been hung up on four times. I've gone through all the menu options to get a live person and that doesn't work either
