love my bank love my tellers they are so personable and caring and happy to meet your needs no matter what
my only problem is why such short hours
couldn't you stay open a little later for people who work 9-5 Mon thru Friday? I have to ask off work to go to bank. Just one day a week would be great.
Sick of Calling to get my balance and going through the whole spill to press #4 for balance and it says "I'm sorry I do not recognize this request"
I work 8-4:30 M-F. I didn't know the bank was open Saturday. I havent been there over a year. Please update the Saturday hours on the web site
I like this bank too, but would love it if it posted a phone number online that I could find so I could talk to somebody without having to drive all the way to WH! Would be easy for you to do!
I hate this bank. They actually close on saturdays at 12
I absolutely love this bank i started as a liberty bank customer and simmons took over. The staff at this bank will go above and beyond love my teller girls they know me as soon as i walk in the doors and its not because iam rich lol. I prefer to go here over the one one on rangeline even.
